1. Jump Squats

2. Reverse Lunges into Squats

  • 45 seconds on

3. Skaters

  • 45 seconds on

  • 15 seconds rest

  • Repeat 3x

4. Tricep Dips

  • 45 seconds on

  • 15 seconds rest

  • Repeat 3x

5. Push Up Plank Jacks

  • 45 seconds on

  • 15 seconds rest

  • Repeat 3x

6. Plank Reaches

  • 45 seconds on

  • 15 seconds rest

  • Repeat 3x

7. V-Ups

  • 45 seconds on
