Pain Medicine is a form of treatment that is achieved by administering minimally invasive procedures or through safe and effective advanced techniques. The goal of these techniques is to diagnose and treat pain and/or musculoskeletal conditions.

At Rochester Integrated Medicine, our pain management team provides comprehensive, advanced treatment options; working in collaboration with our team of physical therapists, chiropractors, and wellness & nutrition coaches.

Meet Our Pain Medicine Team

Our team is led by Dr. Roger Ng, MD, a board certified pain management specialist and anesthesiologist. Dr. Ng has more than 20 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain. He attended the University of California, Berkeley before earning his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Rochester and went on to complete a fellowship in Pain Management at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).

Since his return to Rochester, NY, Dr. Ng has been an active member of the medical community, providing comprehensive pain management care at two respected local practices before joining Rochester Integrated Medicine.

Dr. Roger Ng and his team have been co-managing patients with Rochester Integrated Medicine for over 10 years and we are excited to have them officially join us and operate under the same roof. Their arrival bolsters our collaborative approach and expands our comprehensive patient-care model, ultimately, improving patient outcomes even further.
