
Dr. Brendan Cacciola
Brendan received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 2016, where he also received a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Health Studies. After graduating from Ithaca College, he worked on Long Island at an Outpatient Sports and Orthopedic clinic for over a year before beginning his life as a traveling Physical Therapist.
Brendan and his wife spent four years traveling from coast to coast, working in 7 different states, hiking through 27 National Parks along the way!
His experience as a traveling physical therapist allowed him to practice in a wide range of geographic locations and clinical settings, giving him a diverse perspective on patient care.
His clinical interests include post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic conditions, sports medicine, and working with athletes. Brendan has completed advanced training in Upper and Lower Extremity Management as well as Cervical and Lumbar Spine management through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. This training emphasizes accurate diagnosis, skilled manual therapy, and progressive, fitness-focused exercise programs.

Dr. Brendan is also certified in Lifestyle Medicine through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. He enjoys helping patients reach their personal goals and return to active lifestyles through personalized coaching and lifestyle assessments.
