Our goal with the Meal of the Month series is to provide ‘Whole-Food, Plant-Based’ recipes that are not only healthy & delicious, but consist of ingredients that simple to work with, easy to find & affordable.

 

Changing our diet can be overwhelming, but focusing on making small changes, like introducing just one new meal per month, is a great place to start.
